The BPS-36-12x5 is a robust brazed plate heat exchanger featuring 36 stacked plates in a 12x5 configuration. Manufactured with corrosion-resistant 316 stainless steel plates and copper brazing, this unit is engineered for higher thermal loads in oil-to-water cooling systems. It comes standard with #20 SAE oil connections and 1-1/4" NPT water connections. Rated to 450 psi working pressure, the BPS-36-12x5 delivers strong performance in hydraulic motor oil, lube circuits, and industrial process cooling where reliable heat removal and a compact footprint are required. Nickel or chrome brazing options and foot mounting brackets are available for added versatility and corrosion resistance.
