BPS-12-12x5

The BPS-12-12x5 is a compact brazed plate heat exchanger from the BPS Series featuring 12 stacked plates in a 12x5 configuration. Built with corrosion-resistant 316 stainless steel plates and copper brazing, this unit delivers reliable thermal performance in oil-to-water applications while maintaining a small footprint. It utilizes #12 SAE oil connections and 3/4" NPT water connections. Rated for a maximum working pressure of 450 psi and suitable for temperatures up to 350°F (with derating potential), the BPS-12-12x5 is ideal for lower-flow hydraulic cooling, lube oil circuits, and compact industrial systems where space and efficiency are critical. Optional nickel or chrome brazing and mounting brackets are available for enhanced corrosion protection or installation flexibility.
