Construction includes a Brass hub, Brass shell, 0.25-inch Copper cooling tubes, Bronze end bonnets, and included zinc anodes. Ratings include 250 PSI maximum shell-side pressure, 150 PSI tube-side pressure, and a 350°F maximum operating temperature. These exchangers are frequently applied to hydraulic oil cooling, lubrication circuits, and general industrial heat rejection.
