Description
This B Series unit is configured for reliable water-to-oil cooling, and B-1203-B4-T-BR-B-Z combines serviceable construction with durable materials. It uses a two-pass configuration with a 6.13-inch shell diameter, a 27-inch shell length, and about 32.96 inches overall. Material selection for this configuration includes a Brass hub, Brass shell, 0.25-inch Copper tubes, Bronze bonnets, and included zinc protection. Operating limits are 250 PSI on the shell side, 150 PSI on the tube side, and 350°F maximum temperature. These exchangers are frequently applied to hydraulic oil cooling, lubrication circuits, and general industrial heat rejection. Optional copper nickel tubes, bronze bonnets, and zinc anodes make the series attractive for more corrosion-resistant water service.
