It uses a four-pass configuration with a 6.13-inch shell diameter, a 18-inch shell length, and about 24.59 inches overall. Material selection for this configuration includes a Brass hub, Brass shell, 0.25-inch Copper Nickel tubes, Cast Iron bonnets, and optional zinc protection. Ratings include 250 PSI maximum shell-side pressure, 150 PSI tube-side pressure, and a 350°F maximum operating temperature. These exchangers are frequently applied to hydraulic oil cooling, lubrication circuits, and general industrial heat rejection. With copper nickel tube, bronze bonnet, and zinc options available, the series can also support more corrosion-conscious applications.
