Its construction centers on a two-pass shell and tube layout with a 5.13-inch diameter shell, 36-inch shell length, and approximately 41.44-inch overall length. This version is built with a Brass hub, Brass shell, 0.25-inch Copper tubes, Bronze end bonnets, and optional zinc anodes. Operating limits are 250 PSI on the shell side, 150 PSI on the tube side, and 350°F maximum temperature. These exchangers are frequently applied to hydraulic oil cooling, lubrication circuits, and general industrial heat rejection. Material options such as copper nickel tubes, bronze bonnets, and zinc anodes expand its usefulness in harsher water conditions.
