Material selection for this configuration includes a Brass hub, Brass shell, 0.25-inch Copper Nickel tubes, Cast Iron bonnets, and optional zinc protection. For operating capability, the design is rated for 250 PSI shell-side pressure, 150 PSI tube-side pressure, and 350°F maximum temperature. This style of cooler is well suited for hydraulic, lubrication, and mobile equipment applications.
