B-1002-D6-T is a versatile shell and tube heat exchanger intended for water-to-oil or water-to-water service. The unit is arranged as a two-pass exchanger and is built around a 5.13-inch shell, 18-inch shell length, and roughly 23.44-inch overall length. Construction includes a Brass hub, Brass shell, 0.375-inch Copper cooling tubes, Cast Iron end bonnets, and optional zinc anodes. Operating limits are 250 PSI on the shell side, 150 PSI on the tube side, and 350°F maximum temperature. This style of cooler is well suited for hydraulic, lubrication, and mobile equipment applications. With copper nickel tube, bronze bonnet, and zinc options available, the series can also support more corrosion-conscious applications.
