Built for dependable liquid-to-liquid heat transfer, B-1002-C6-F is a shell and tube cooler suited to hydraulic and industrial service. The unit is arranged as a four-pass exchanger and is built around a 5.13-inch shell, 18-inch shell length, and roughly 23.65-inch overall length. This version is built with a Brass hub, Brass shell, 0.375-inch Copper tubes, Cast Iron end bonnets, and optional zinc anodes. Ratings include 250 PSI maximum shell-side pressure, 150 PSI tube-side pressure, and a 350°F maximum operating temperature. This style of cooler is well suited for hydraulic, lubrication, and mobile equipment applications. Optional copper nickel tubes, bronze bonnets, and zinc anodes make the series attractive for more corrosion-resistant water service.
