B-1002-C4-F-Z

Designed around a rugged bare-tube bundle shell and tube layout, B-1002-C4-F-Z provides practical cooling performance for fluid power applications. It uses a four-pass configuration with a 5.13-inch shell diameter, a 18-inch shell length, and about 23.65 inches overall. Construction includes a Brass hub, Brass shell, 0.25-inch Copper cooling tubes, Cast Iron end bonnets, and included zinc anodes. Operating limits are 250 PSI on the shell side, 150 PSI on the tube side, and 350°F maximum temperature. This style of cooler is well suited for hydraulic, lubrication, and mobile equipment applications. Optional copper nickel tubes, bronze bonnets, and zinc anodes make the series attractive for more corrosion-resistant water service.
