This B Series unit is configured for reliable water-to-oil cooling, and B-1002-B6-O-CN combines serviceable construction with durable materials. The unit is arranged as a one-pass exchanger and is built around a 5.13-inch shell, 18-inch shell length, and roughly 23.75-inch overall length. This version is built with a Brass hub, Brass shell, 0.375-inch Copper Nickel tubes, Cast Iron end bonnets, and optional zinc anodes. Operating limits are 250 PSI on the shell side, 150 PSI on the tube side, and 350°F maximum temperature. The B/SB platform is commonly used for hydraulic power units, lube oil systems, and general industrial cooling duty. With copper nickel tube, bronze bonnet, and zinc options available, the series can also support more corrosion-conscious applications.
