Built for dependable liquid-to-liquid heat transfer, B-1002-B4-T-BR-B is a shell and tube cooler suited to hydraulic and industrial service. Its construction centers on a two-pass shell and tube layout with a 5.13-inch diameter shell, 18-inch shell length, and approximately 23.44-inch overall length. Construction includes a Brass hub, Brass shell, 0.25-inch Copper cooling tubes, Bronze end bonnets, and optional zinc anodes. Ratings include 250 PSI maximum shell-side pressure, 150 PSI tube-side pressure, and a 350°F maximum operating temperature. These exchangers are frequently applied to hydraulic oil cooling, lubrication circuits, and general industrial heat rejection. With copper nickel tube, bronze bonnet, and zinc options available, the series can also support more corrosion-conscious applications.
