B-1002-A6-T is a versatile shell and tube heat exchanger intended for water-to-oil or water-to-water service. Its construction centers on a two-pass shell and tube layout with a 5.13-inch diameter shell, 18-inch shell length, and approximately 23.44-inch overall length. This version is built with a Brass hub, Brass shell, 0.375-inch Copper tubes, Cast Iron end bonnets, and optional zinc anodes. Ratings include 250 PSI maximum shell-side pressure, 150 PSI tube-side pressure, and a 350°F maximum operating temperature. These exchangers are frequently applied to hydraulic oil cooling, lubrication circuits, and general industrial heat rejection. Optional copper nickel tubes, bronze bonnets, and zinc anodes make the series attractive for more corrosion-resistant water service.
